Who doesn't love beef tenderloins?  Here's an easy peasy recipe for a flavorful beef dinner.

What you'll need:

4 beef tenderloins, approx. 1 pound total (We love them from Fairway!)
4 tablespoons room temperature unsalted butter
2 TBSP chopped flat leaf parsley
Salt and pepper for seasoning


Directions:

Heat your grill on medium high heat

While grill is heating up, prepare the herb butter.  Mix 4 TBSP of butter with the parsley, salt and pepper.  Split the butter into 2 equal portions and set half aside.
Generously season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper
Use the one half of the butter and rub an equal part onto each tenderloin
Cook on grill 3-4 minutes on each side
Let rest under foil for 5-10 minutes

Split the rest of the herbed butter into 4 equal portions and enjoy.



Serve alongside sauteed mushrooms and onions in white wine.
